Currently I am just chilling out watching the rock on TV, it is a really great movie. One thing I have noticed this week is that my lower back is starting to cause me a lot more pain than it used to. I think this is down to the fact that I am spending so much time working at my desk. After what seemed like an age of researching, I decided to purchase the ironman gravity 4000 inversion table as it had great feedback from customers and it looked like it was really high quality. The cost was quite high, but I think it is worth spending the extra money to get a quality product.
